The Australian and New Zealand Vulvovaginal Society

The Australian and New Zealand Vulvovaginal Society (ANZVS) is a group of approximately 70 gynaecologists, dermatologists, pathologists, sexual health physicians and allied health professionals that have a professional interest in vulval diseases. The ANZVS was founded in 2003.

Health professionals involved in the management of patients with vulval diseases are invited to apply for membership of the Society. If you wish to join the society, please complete the ANZVS membership application form (PDF document) and post or fax it to the Secretary. Members requiring access to the secure area of the website should email the Secretary.

Scientific Meetings have been held in Melbourne in May 2003, in the Gold Coast in September 2004, in conjunction with the ISSVD in Queenstown in February 2006, in Melbourne in November 2008, Sydney in June 2009, and Broadbeach in November 2010. An update meeting was held in Adelaide in 2011.

The next meeting is to be held in Auckland 9-11 November 2012.

Please note, members of the ANZVS do not provide an on-line consultation service. See your own health provider if you have a vulval or vaginal condition.
